Kindergarten Here She Comes!

My baby girl graduated from preschool last night! Where in the world did the past 5 years go? I can't even tell you! It seems like only yesterday Grace was a newborn and now she is graduating and getting ready to start Kindergarten. The whole program was wonderful, the ladies at the preschool do an amazing job and I am so blessed that my children have been able to go there! I must say I had a few teary eyed moments. But, it is so nice to watch your children grow, learn, and achieve things.
Before the ceremony, posing as usual!

Oh my! I had visions of the future with this one!

Grace, you have been such a wonderful blessing to this family! Your personality will light up any room. I am so proud of you and all that you have done. And, I can not wait to watch you grow into a beautiful young lady. I know that no matter what you plan to do in life, you will accomplish it. You will always be my little girl and my princess!

Oh my!

Wow! It has been a long time since I have gotten on here and updated. Things have been so hectic still. But, it should start slowing down now. Only 9 more days of school left, and I can't wait until summer! The kids are ready and so am I! I got kind of a nice afternoon today...had to report for jury duty this morning. The process of picking the jury was so long. But, thankfully in the end, I did not get picked. I think it would be a tough one to sit on and it was suppose to last all week. I check back next Wednesday and see if I have to report again or not. Law has always fascinated me and today was very interesting, but to topic was not going to be an easy one to deal with. So we will see what the next one holds.
Baseball season is in full swing. Both kids are doing good and seem to really be enjoying it. I have yet to take any pictures of Taylor playing because I am usually too busy keeping the book or watching out for Grace. But I hope to be able to very soon. Here are a couple of pictures of Grace that my mom took.

First time at bat.

Grace's team is appropriately call the Dirt Diggers!

The month of May is a big on for Grace. She took a field trip with her preschool class to Kindergarten and she just thought it was so cool! Graduation is May 24th and I can't believe the she will be ready to start "big" school! Where in the world did the last five years go?!

Taylor is anxiously awaiting the end of the school year. He has done so well this year and even got asked to test for the GT program for next year. I am so proud of him and all that he has accomplished.

So many new and exciting things are happening in our lives right now. Some I have mentioned above and so I will post about later. I just know I feel so blessed right now!
